In the belief that real patient stories can help others empower themselves to take better responsibility for their healthcare, Every Patient's Advocate, Trisha Torrey, announced today that she has begun a matching service for patients and the media.

Patients and advocates in search of other patients' experiences can register with the service. 

Journalists, authors, reporters, radio, TV and Web producers and other media representatives may also register with the service to find patients for their health and medicine related articles, features and/or broadcasts.

Contact requests will be posted on Trisha's blog, located at:  http://everypatientsadvocate.com/blog/looking-for/    No personal identifications will be made online, and there is no cost to use the service.

Patients or media representatives who wish to be notified as new postings are added are invited to sign up by providing their email address:

The service was launched in response to the many networking requests Trisha receives on a regular basis.
